KIND OF TECHNICIAN OR ENGINEERING IN INDUSTRIAL FACTORIES

In today's development where many are dominated by high-tech developments, it is possible that almost all of our daily needs are produced or made in large quantities through high-tech processes as well.

By looking at these conditions and needs, many factories have sprung up that produce all forms of human life needs both in terms of clothing, food and shelter needs along with additional living necessities such as means of communication, transportation and other means of necessity.

Industrial factories operating today can be classified as small-scale to large-scale factories depending on the amount of production they produce each day.

In the operation of an industrial plant, it is very certain that it requires several elements of employees or workers who can maintain and run the factory so that the industrial plant can produce stable products according to the target set by the management or the owner of the factory.

Among the several elements of workers or employees in an industrial factory, one of them is a TECHNICIAN or ENGINEERING who is assigned as a worker or employee who has skills as maintenance maintenance or repair of machines operating in the industrial plant.

Because it does not rule out that an industrial factory must use machinery as the main tool or aids to produce or make certain goods or materials into finished or semi-finished goods.

Here are the kinds of TECHNICIAN or ENGINEERING in an industrial plant:

1) ENGINEERING OR MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN.

Mechanical engineering is a worker or employee of an industrial factory who is assigned as a technician in the mechanical field related to production machines.

The main duties of a mechanical technician are:

  • Repairing production machines that are physically damaged so that the machines can quickly start operating again.
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance on mechanical parts of production machines so that no fatal damage or trouble occurs while the machine is in production.
  • Repairing production machines by means of improvement or improving the mechanical quality of the production machine.
  • Conduct procurement and list up of parts related to mechanical technicians.

2) ENGINEERING OR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN.

Electrical engineering is a worker or employee of an industrial factory who serves as a technician in the electrical engineering field related to the production machine activation program.

The main tasks of an electrical technician are:
  • Repair damaged production machines programmatically or electrically so that the machines can start operating immediately.

  • Conduct procurement and list up of the conditions of parts related to electrical technicians.
3) ENGINEERING OR INSTRUMENTAL TECHNICIAN

Engineering Instrumental is a worker or employee of an industrial factory who serves as a technician in the field of Instrumental machines related to weight, temperature, viscosity, and units.

The main tasks of an instrumental technician are:
  • Repairing production machines that are instrumentally damaged or supporting facilities related to weighing, viscosity and temperature of space or goods, pressure control, calibration of goods standards and others.
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance on Instrumental parts of the production machine so that there is no damage or fatal trouble while the production machine is operating.
  • Repairing production machines by means of improvement or improving the instrumental quality of the production machine.
  • Conduct procurement and list up of parts related to Instrument Technicians.

4) ENGINEERING OR AUTOMATED FACTORY TECHNICIAN ( FA )

Engineering Factory Automation is a worker or employee in an industrial factory who serves as a technician in the field of computerized programs related to the production process.

The main duties of an FA technician are:
  • Creating a computerized network to support an automated production process work system.
  • Repair the computerized system in case of damage or trouble that hinders the production process
  • Perform maintenance or maintenance on parts of a computerized system.
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance on FA machine parts.
  • Conduct procurement and list up of spare part conditions for the needs of FA machines.
5) ENGINEERING OR TECHNICIAN DEVELOPMENT

Engineering Development is a worker or employee of an industrial factory who serves as a technician in the field of development or machine development in quality or quantity.

The main tasks of a development technician are:
  • Repairing production machines by means of renewal or replacing production machines whose productivity has decreased in quality.
  • Performing machine improvements by developing production machines of higher quality and in greater quantity than before.
  • Procure or add new production machines.
  • Perform procurement and list up of parts - parts related to development technicians.
6) ENGINEERING OR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN.

Engineering Vehicles are workers or employees of an industrial factory who serve as technicians in the field of transportation within the factory who repair lifting and transportation equipment in the factory area such as forklifts, motora, prata, handlifts, and others.

The main tasks of a vehicle technician or lifting and transportation equipment are:
  • Make repairs to lifting and transportation equipment that is damaged.
  • Performing improvement improvements to anticipate the occurrence of repeated damage to lifting and transportation equipment.
  • Carry out maintenance and maintenance of transportation equipment or lifting and transportation equipment in the factory or company.
  • Conduct procurement and list up for spare parts of the transportation equipment.
7) ENGINEERING OR UTILITY TECHNICIAN.

Engineering Utility is a worker or employee of an industrial plant who is in charge of supporting machine technicians for the means of providing energy sources in the industrial plant such as wind, water and steam.

The main duties of a utility technician are:
  • Make improvements to energy source making machines (engine generators) in industrial plants.
  • Make improvements to machines that make energy sources so that there is no fatal engine part damage.
  • Conduct procurement and list up of spare parts from utility machines.
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance of utility machines and all the installation of these energy sources.
8) ENGINEERING OR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN INSTALLATION

Electrical engineering installations are workers or employees of an industrial factory who are assigned as technicians related to electrical networks or installations.

The main duties of an installation electrician are:
  • Perform electrical installations as a source of electricity in the industrial factory.
  • Make electrical terminals to facilitate the work of production members
  • Make immediate repairs if there is trouble related to electricity.
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance on the condition of the installation electrical parts.
  • Conduct procurement and list up of electrical installation parts.

9) ENGINEERING OR SPARE PART TECHNICIAN

Engineering spare parts are workers or employees of an industrial factory who are assigned as technicians to manage spare parts or production machine parts.

The main duties of a spare part technician are:
  • Perform maintenance and maintenance on the condition of spare parts or production machine parts
  • List the condition of spare parts or production machine parts in terms of the quantity of goods and condition of the goods
  • Carry out an order for spare parts or production machine parts based on the request of the related division.
  • Report to the relevant division or division of spare part users about the condition of stock, input and output of goods.
  • Manage or management the spare part condition of the production machine.
10) ENGINEERING OR CIVIL TECHNICIAN.

Civil engineering is a worker or employee of an industrial factory who serves as a technician to support factory facilities in the building sector, such as places of worship, toilets, building walls, traffic roads in factories, etc.

The main duties of a civil technician are:
  • Make improvements to facilities and infrastructure in the industrial factory environment.
  • Carry out total renovation or development of facilities and infrastructure in the industrial factory environment.
  • Carry out maintenance and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in the industrial factory environment.
11) ENGINEERING OR WORK SHOP JOB TECHNICIAN

Engineering work shop jobs are workers or employees in an industrial factory who work as technicians who work specifically in a work shop as operators of lathes, CNC, slotter machines, milling machines, drilling machines, welding machines, and others.

The main tasks of a work shop technician are:
